Nicolae Guta is a Romanian manele singer. He was born in Hunedoara, Romania. He had a relationship with Sorina Guta, another famous manele singer. Unlike most manele singers, he chose not to adopt a stage name, nor show off with his riches. One of his famous songs was “As renunta”. In his music, he has many Turkish and Balkanic influences, but also influences of modern music and Roma music. Also unlike many manele singers, he uses more traditional instruments.
